Not what I would recomend
Pros: They give your dog a little more freedom then a conventional leash
Cons: Not very durable

I work at a Shelter and we will not use these because they can break easily. Not to mention that they are a thinner made material so it can get into knots much easier. Then lastly they just aren't that good for teaching your dog proper leash training.
