This conditioner come in the a turtle shaped white block and is very simple to use. Just drop it in the aquarium or terrarium and it dissolves. The purpose is to neurtralize acid water. The calcium aids in the prevention of shell softness in turtles. I put two blocks in my 15 gallon terrarium after I change the water and it starts working right away in clearing and neutralizing the water.
