I'm sorry to say that this is not a Kong toy that I can get any dog or puppy interested in. While you can fill the ends with filler, I don't do this much with puppies because of stomach upset concerns. It is just like all Kongs very strong and they can't tear it up, but for some reason this is not a favorite of any puppy or dog I've fostered. You can wash it and bleach it out between dogs and it holds up well, but not very interesting to any of them so far. I hate saying that because I love so many of the Kong toys.
