How many of you plan your housework around your pets? I need to vacuum the family room, but DJ and Mary are snuggled up together in one cat bed. Tiger is resting quietly in another bed. Sam is laying on top of a heat vent. Furball is sitting by the chair trying to decide where she might take a little catnap. Danny is the only cat I don't see in the family room. They all look so cute and comfy, I just don't have the heart to disturb them. Figure I can vacuum later today. The only problems is, they take such loooonng naps!
Okay, who else is quilty of this? Come on be honest!!

I not only do housework around the pets, I get up before the Roosters, so I can scoop kitty litter before the hubby gets up. In other words I am a slave to Shara, Pippit and Bob, but, I love it.

Yeah, sometimes I feel guilty when I have to get vacuuming done and disturb my cats. Of course, they all are afraid of the vacuum, even my dog is. She will sometimes pick up her favorite toys and run into another room. I think she is afraid I am going to suck them up!

Well, it's better safe than sorry. Don't want to see that noise maker devour one of the favorite toys.

I know what you mean it does bother me when I see the little snoozing bodies all warm, and cuddly. I will go do something else and then when they go to eat I can get it done then. If they are even thinking about coming back in then, that changes when they see the vacuum!
