I know for sure that at least part of the days they deducted my videos, I'd done 5 or more-just cuz of the trouble I was having. By the end of my audit I'd lost 800 points. Sad to work so long and hard and lose points

I haven't had any points taken away so far. Thank goodness! We'll see if it lasts. I suppose they might be looking at it up until the final announcement on the 17th. I was pretty careful to not duplicate, and I deleted a couple of videos right away that they duplicated. I do have some duplicate pictures because I posted them under my pets and then maybe also used them for a journal or product review, so hopefully those will stay!

Well so fasr, I havn'e lost any points so I guess that I am lucky. I don't know how they can take away points if they never awarded them in the first plase. I would like to know the answer to that question too. I hope that this is not a rigged competion.

I have lost 100 points so far that zootoo claims were duplicates. And the same thing, I never got the points in the FIRST place for the "so-called" duplicates. Plus, I still didn't get 225 points for 9 videos that "disappeared" to be technified by the zootoo video overlords on Mar 2nd, 3rd and 12th.

I got 11 emails from zootoo yesterday "informing" me of my videos that were deleted because of duplication. So, I guess, if I wasn't so jaded now over this competition, I should be GRATEFUL that I didn't lose 275 points. Yes, thank you for only deleting 100 points. While zootoo is at it, give me my 225 points for the videos lost in their zootoo vault. I never saw the 4 of the 6 videos that I tried to upload over Mar 12th-13th appear anywhere--either on my zootoo zoo page or as points.

I have had no points deducted from my total YET! Yowser..... I was pretty careful about not uploading the same video twice however even if the first time it seemed to be "lost". And frankly, I didn't have too many problems with videos except during the first few days of March and last couple of days of Phase 1. So I am hoping my points are safe......and am hoping you don't lose too many. Do they send you an email when they take some away???

Because of the way videos loaded, I think they should be looking at it a little differently. I only lost one, but that one was for one that hung out forever. They really should have to give you the points before they take them away. Have you asked them about this? When you were so good about tracking your points, it's very frustrating to lose them.
