You would think I would have had enough excitement this week with the Zootoo Celebration at the shelter and then North Shore's TOur for Life the next day and I even managed to squeeze some work in there, but that wasn't the case.
This afternoon I traveled with a friend and 2 of the pack to Indianapolis. Tomorrow is their Humane Society's Mutt Strut. I have never been before, but have always wanted to go. It takes place at the Speedway and we will get to walk around the track! I'm looking forward to that and all of the vendors and rescues that will be attending.
We're staying at the Drury Inn and this is my plug for them. They are very pet friendly and I love to stay at them whenever I get a chance. The price is reasonable and they serve a hot breakfast too.
I'm sure I will have much more to say about it tomorrow.
