Moving - suggestions?

We're getting ready to move to a new apartment about 3 hours from our current home. Any suggestions about how to ease the transition for my pets (dog and rabbit)? We're keeping all of our furniture and they'll have their cages. We're also leaving them in a well-known environment with relatives during the move so there's no stress of watching their "home" get pulled apart. I'm sad to be going, Addie has met so many new friends to play with, but we've already got a dog park pass for our new city!
