one night my dog got loose and i didnt no where she went.we looked for 5 hours till 3 in the morning looking for her to be exact.she technicly found us.after us going through woods, trees, and even ponds to find her.we got the idea of going home and leaving the door open till shegot tired enough to come home and eat and sleep.she did but it was wen we were looking for her not wen we were there.she had gotten sprayed by a skunk and came back into the house while we were gone bc one of us left the door open and went through all of our rooms and back out again.so wen we arived at our house we smelt skunk and we had to run bak outside bc of the smell and we new she had been there.so we waited a little while and sure enough here she comes running into the house smelling of skunk.we spent nearly over 3 days bathing her in tomato juice just to get the smell to a minamum and to a barable state.she hasnt run away since she actually got out a couple times but she never leave the yard.she listened from then on in.
