Why my shelter should win the million dollar makeover!

I've heard rumors about zootoo suggesting that people write journal entries on why their shelter should win a million dollar makeover. I've contacted all my good friends who i think would be interested in doing this and i will do amything that i think gives us a better chance at a million dollar makeover.
First of all, let me introduce myself as what i am for this shelter. My mom (kelly chaffee) is the president. I have seen this shelter and been apart of this shelter before i was even born. Fourtantley I have never seen animals being put down for no reason. Our shelter doesnt believe in *unadoptable* pets. Our shelter has always made sure that if an animal is sick, they dont put it down.. even if its a long time to make them better or having to do a fundraiser to make one animal get what they need. OUR SHELTER DOES IT. I think that our shelter deserves it because we are NO KILL. We are one of the largest NO KILL shelters in Western New York - and we are a TRUE NO KILL. (if thats not the answer right there...)
Our shelter doesnt look at things as buisness but as saving one animals life at a time. The stories i could tell you would take all day to write and read but know.. that this shelter is about saving lives ... not about money. We deserve this because we are in this for the animals. Lots of sacrifices are made for our shelter non - stop it would be nice for something so wonderful to happen for our shelter.

Your mom must be so proud of the young woman you are. Taking care of these animals is her calling, and you are a dedicated as anyone could be. Believe me...as a mom, nothing could be more gratifying than to have raised a child of whom you can be so proud..
