What a Day in Madison County!

Picture-perfect spring day, great hosts and guests, camaraderie, tasty snacks, special dogs -- who could ask for anything more! Our Shelter Makeover visit was almost like a dream, one you awaken from and wonder: Could anything so wonderful have actually happened to us? Yes, it did, and although the event is over, our hearts are still full-to-overflowing from it: all the friends, old and new, that pulled together to make this happen, and our God above, smiling down on all the special animals in our care and providing the finest of weather, volunteers, etc. Our Humane Society of Madison County (HSMC) does so much; today they received in-kind, from local folks and appreciative ones here for a visit. Wiggles Blue Heeler was his usual affable self, kind to all and enjoying the grand weather. Madison County, Ohio, is a great place to live. Our little shelter is one fine shelter! Am I proud? You Bet I Am!!!! Two thumbs and Four Paws Up! Thanks so much to all for making this an afternoon to remember!
