As a volunteer for the SPCA in Cattaraugus County, I am so excited that Zootoo will be touring the facility on April 17th. Our community did a fantastic job supporting the shelter during the Zootoo contest.
The SPCA in Catt. County, a no-kill progressive animal shelter, is located in a small town in western NY. This shelter does everything possible to help save animals and find them homes. As an example, the SPCA made two trips to New Orleans after hurricane Katrina to help with the animal rescue efforts.
The SPCA's facility is definitely in need of a makeover. I can only imagine the wonderful possibilities that the Zootoo makeover could create for the SPCA in Catt. County and the many needy animals.
