We know the WCHS has done a marvelous job in their community, has a dedicated staff, and eager volunteers. Additional funds from a contest like the one ZooToo is sponsoring, would allow them to help even more animals. An up-to-date, "remade" facility would free them from worries about their physical needs and give them more time and presence in the community for public education about kindness towards all creatures and the need for spay and neuter. A makeover could create a shelter that represents the best part of the community instead of simply an animal control center. Good luck WCHS.
