Please select the Washington Area Humane Society as the grand prize winner. They are so kind and helpful. They always look for the best for both the animal and adoptee. When I adopted a dog from there some time ago, they were so helpful in finding a smaller animal for me. They really deserve this makeover! It would help them save so many more animals!!
