I think the Midwest Rabbit Rescue & Re-Home deserves a make over because is the only rabbit rescue in the top 20!!!
Rabbits are truly an under recognized popular pet that a lot of people still treat as cute throw aways after easter and rescues that take them in are vital. Especially since rabbits are such fragile creatures that require a little bit more specific care than dogs and cats, a good rabbit rescue is worth a lot!
Midwest Rabbit Rescue & Re-Home is the only rescue in Michigan in the top 20 and Michigan's economy is one of the worst ones in the country right now. I cant imagine they are getting much support as everyone is having a hard time funding themselves right now, let alone make donations.
