Shelter Makeover

The Cattaraugus County SPCA definitely deserves a makeover! The people who work and volunteer there are such great people, and they do their best to take care of all the animals who end up calling that shelter their home, whether temporarily (like my Bella) or permanently. A makeover for this shelter would give the people there the chance to provide better care for the animals, and it will hopefully help to draw in more people looking to adopt. It will bring them the attention and praise they deserve down there for their dedication and hard work!
