This past weekend was the Humane Society of the Nature Coast's Pet Expo. As usual, the Humane Society does a great job. The highlight of the event this year was the visit of Richard Thompson of Zootoo. The people gave him a very enthusiastic reception and I enjoyed every minute of this as well as I enjoyed helping out. What makes helping out at the Humane Society so enjoyable is the fact, that everybody there is friendly and happy. Negativity or badmouthing anybody else is definitely not part of these careing people.
