Our Shelter

I beleive that Jefferson SPCA shoudl get a makeover because our building is small. Our need in this area for a shelter is getting larger in numbers daily do to the expansion of Fort Drum. I understand that other shelters want this makeover as well, but when you walk in to our shelter is seems like you are on top of one another,,and our shelter can only keep some many of dogs and cats. So please give Jefferson SPCa the make over. If our little community did not have the spca I would have never gotten my handsome cat, named Cotton.
