Little Shelter

I first found out about Little Shelter through a friend. I then looked it up on my computer and saw a wonderful dog, Angel who only had three legs on their site. I read Angel's story and needed to see her. I went to Little Shelter and the staff was amazing. There were extemely caring and everywhere I looked it was like being in someones home. Where all the members of their family who happen to be dogs and cats had their pictures proudly displayed. The staff interviewed me and had me fill out lots of paperwork. They wanted to make sure that if I decided to adopt Angel that she would be a member of our family and that we had time to spend with her and give her a home not just a place to live. I fell in love with Angel as soon as I saw her. Unfortunately for me someone else adopted her before I could but I was comforted by the fact that I knew she was adopted by a loving family because Little Shelter would have excepted nothing less. I have had dogs most of my life and most have been adopted from shelters. Most of the time the shelters are clean and the staff cares but there is a different level of caring at Little Shelter. After my visit to Little Shelter I have made several donations to them because I believe in what they are doing there.
I am sure that every shelter deserves a makeover but I can assure you that Litle Shelter definately deserves this makeover. They are dedicated, caring, hard working, loving and love each and every pet that is with them, they are family. Please consider Little Shelter for this makeover I know you would not regret it and you would help to make the lives of the pets that call Little Shelter home a little better. Although nothing is more important than the love and attention they receive on a daily basis from all the wonderful volunteers.
