I Love Little Shelter!

Little Shelter has been my literal home for months! There is no place I look forward to going to more. Not only do I have the animals to rely on, but the employees at the shelter are kind, supportive, and caring. Everyone understands that as a shelter we often must go the extra mile to help the community, the animals in both the shelter and the community and each other. Little Shelter aims to keep all of their employees, volunteers, adopters, and pets safe from all sources of danger and it does an amazing job of doing so. The level of commitment and service present at this shelter is not rivaled by any other institution I have seen in my life. When an animal is in harm or lost, there is no one better to have on your side than the staff at Little Shelter. The dogs at Little Shelter stay connected to them for years, with adopters often returning for many of the fun events Little Shelter offers. All the employees love seeing their old canine friends in their loving homes with their caring owners, as much as they miss them. I thank Little Shelter for all it has done for me and continues to do for the greater good of Huntington and the Long Island community.
