I believe every shelter should win. Because this is about the animals. Giving them a better home until they can hopefully find a loving forever home. But since they can't I believe the Humane Society of Parkersburg should win because of how much we really care about the well being of these homeless animals. We give them not only a shelter from what very little we have, but also love and attention, something many of the animals may have never experienced or felt. We give them devoation and work very hard to give them the best life we can provide. We want to provide an even better one. And with this shelter makeover we can provided our animals an community with they wonderful care they need and deserve. We want the best for all our animals and they deserve this.
