I am writing this entry to show my support for the wonderful volunteers at Angel Acres Horse Haven Rescue!

Jo, my wife, and Patty her rescue partner, are some of the hardest working volunteers I know! Jo is tireless in her care and committment to the horses. She works from the minute she wakes up to the minute she goes to bed to help the horses.

Patty is committed to the horses and does all that she can to help as well.

Fran has been wonderful gathering horse shoes for me to clean, scrub, primer, paint and clear coat so that Jo can decorate them to sell them to raise funds for the horses. Not just a few shoes...HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of them donated from farms throughout MD and PA!

When Fran says she is going to do something, wow, lookout because she is going to do it in a big way! She has also been hugely instrumental in getting the word out about the need for rescue!
