On 2/21/09 in the Columbia Daily Tribune there was a great article in the business section about South Paws Acres. This is a kennel-free boarding and doggy day care on about an acre of land. It even has a small pond and a double garage set up as a doghouse with beds, chairs, and a television tuned to Animal Planet. The owner, Faye Nowell, put a lot of work and planning into the business. She has been a dog lover all her life. This sounds like an excellent doggy day care or boarding facility.
