Doggie Backpack

SO I got Calvin an Outward Hound backpack that is supposed to fit him according to the weight limit listed on the thing. It's too big though, I think. I'm not sure. Also, I need advice about what to put in the pack to weigh it down. It seems like all of the weight sinks to the bottom and he ends up hitting his knees on the pack. It's kinda sad looking. Any suggestions?

how about stuffing the bottom of the pack w/ towels then putting weights in?
HEYYYYYY! That's a great idea. I will totally try that when I get home. Wow, you're so smart! Woo Hoo! I can't wait. He's gonna be so happy. He looks adorable in it too. I have to take pictures of my little Mister Man.

Can you return it for a different size? It does sound too small!!!

Actually I think it's too big. It hangs too low. I would absolutely return it...if I still had the receipt and if I hadn't already cut the straps to make it fit him better. I think I'm screwed. I will still probably go get a smaller one. Thanks for the welcome! :-)
