Marine and puppy

I just heard the clip of the marine who threw the cute little puppy over the cliff that was seen on You Tube is true. I have to wonder if he did not do it to get out of the military and out of Iraq. Why would he allow it to be filmed? I have never been able to watch the video. This is just too much for me. Quite honestly I don't even want to walk the streets with someone like that. I read he joked about it. That man is sick. Probably a serial killer or just short of it. I think expulsion from the military is not enough.
Until they realize that people who perpetrate heinous acts on animals will also perpetrate heinous acts on people we can look forward to more of this. The laws have to be changed. I think it should be a form of premeditated murder. They have more than proven serial killers start with animals so I say bring it on.
