Cindy and Joey- chained and starved almost to death

Cindy at the vet, right after rescue
ANIMAL ABUSE AND NEGLECT LAWS NEED TO BE MADE MORE STRINGENT.

Please read Cindy and Joey's story.

Please help us get justice for Cindy and Joey, two sweet Dogs who were chained up and starved nearly to death. Please read below then send out to all who care, permission granted for forwarding or embedding of this message and videos for educational purposes and to help Dogs like Cindy and Joey who cannot speak for themselves.
This news segment shows the monster who starved Cindy and Joey nearly to death and his “excuse” is to "blame it on a relative" seems we’ve heard that same “excuse” before, remember Michael Vick and a few of the other NFL players who were also caught abusing Dogs? Guess that is the latest defense for Animal abuse? We need to hold these monsters and the Judges who let them get away with it RESPONSIBLE!

The Judge in this case who thinks starving Dogs doesn't even deserve 40 hours of community service is:
Judge - C Yvonne Holt Stone 410-878-8107

Please take note of this Judge's name and REMEMBER it on election day!!!!!

Please send letters or make phone calls and please remember the sentencing date for this abuser is next month, information below;

It breaks my heart to think anyone has the power to make a pet that they take in their home as a part of their family suffer to the extent that Cindy and Joey did! How dare they! How would they feel if someone did that to them? It appears to me, the so called owner, was in no way, shape or form starving himself! So frustrating...

That picture is awful. And what is even worse is the judge. How can anyone starve an animal?

Reading this just breaks my heart as there is no animal on this earth that deserves this kind of treatment. I've kind of come to the conclusion that you can't fix stupid. The only living creature on this planet that is capable of inflicting this kind of torture is has been given the so-called as human. I learned over the years that the only way to way to try and fix this is to teach as many people as possible, that every living thing has feelings. Whenever I take my dogs out, I respect those that shy away from them but if someone wants to come up and pet them, go for the gold. They love the attention and it's the only way I have to show folks that Rottweilers are just like any other dog. It hurts me to say this but I don't think that the abuse will ever stop but at least there are those of us who care enough to try and help mend the damage.

This has a deep meaning to me. Max our Rottweiler spent the first 6 months of his life chained neck to neck with his 6 brothers and 1 sister in Idaho. It took the rescue agencies over 6 months to finally get them out. This man had been responsible for over 100 Rottweiler deaths and still was not closed down. Right before the Rescue group got there to pick up the dogs he shot and killed the mother. The sister was never surrendered, the Judge said he needed something to start his business over with when he got out of jail.
These dogs lived in squaller, nearly starved to death, no human companionship or compassion.
The laws have got to be changed to help those who cannot speak for themselves.
