Shadow is my inspirartion

About 6 weeks ago we began a program at work called "Shape Up the Nation" for physical fitness. I began to take Shadow for a walk every noontime after lunch to get into an exercise routine. Now, he is my inspiration! As soon as I eat my last bite of food, he runs to the door, back to me and then barks, as if to say, "come on mom!" Even on days when I have not wanted to go for a walk, I have gone because he gets so excited!
