Just Marking Time

I haven't written any new journals in a couple days, because I feel that we are just marking time, waiting for test results to come back. It is a scary time, and I Hope we have already heard the worst news. But knowing what the doctors are looking for, is such a frightening concept. I almost wish I didn't know what they are concerned about. Maybe that Ostrich has a good reason for keeping his head in the sand. I kind of wish mine was there too.

I know that this is a very scary time for you. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Anything that helps to distract you or help you feel calmer is what you should be doing. If it's ZooTooing, or petting the dog, or going outside and screaming at the top of your lungs, or wadding up paper and throwing it, or putting miniature marshmallows up your nose and seeing how far you can blow them out. What ever helps.

Cheryle...I love the miniature marshmallows, I got quite a funny visual of that! LOL
Zootoo helps, and the babies all help too. Amber has decided to make it her personal mission to never leave me alone long! Even when dad starts a fire, she stays in my lap. She is even letting me hold her on my shoulder like a baby! She is a very sensitive girl. My little love. Boy, are we lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful animals and Zootoo Friends. I appreciate every one of you...but the marshmallows is the funniest thing I've read all week! LOL

Keep doing whatever it takes to keep your mind off of it. We all wish we could offer more support.

Thanks Kathy. I am trying. Maybe I can get involved with American Idol or something! LOL That might keep my worries down some. Anything that can help!

Yeah, I envy that ostrich! It is a whole lot easier than waiting for the shoe to drop. I am looking forward to the shaved dog story, sounds funny! And funny is the best thing to fight sadness with. So keep em coming, and tell me if you find a funny one. The funnier the better will be my creed for now! LOL

Thank you, Dee Dee. I know. I wish this had not happened, but wishes are going to change things. Zootoo does help, and Amber sleeping in my lap while I Z2 is even better. She is such a happy dog.
