Hunter is recovering nicely...

Hunter recovers

Hunter was very happy to return home last evening. All of his lumps(3)were removed successfully and he is doing quite well. He had a peaceful evening, he is a very good patient. He is napping at this moment.
Desi was lost without him yesterday and became my velcro dog for the day. He was so happy to have his big brother home again.
Thank you all for the kind words of encouragement--they worked!

We are very happy all went well for Hunter.

We are all just relaxing inside today. It is so cold outside --it is perfect weather for lounging about the house.

Yes--Desi was ecstatic!
Sniffed him thoroughly since he had all those medicine smells about him...
and to make sure it was really Hunter!

He is to have 1 week and then we can resume our walks.
Keeping him calm means keeping Desi calm around him--that is the real work!
It is so cold today no one minds being stuck inside.
