Hunter goes for surgery today...

Hunter looking good!

Today I will take Hunter in for surgery.
He had surgery two years ago and came through everything just fine. I am hoping for the same outcome today. I always worry when any animal has to have anesthesia. He has a growth on his inner front leg which is right at a point where it could be difficult to remove because of possible nerve damage. He has developed two additional lumps in other places in the past few months. The vet will remove them all today--plus clean his teeth while he is under.
Please keep him in your thoughts today.

Here's to pearly whites and restful nights for you both! I'm delighted to learn that Hunter came through surgery with flying colors and that he's being a good R&R patient, too! He sure is a beauty!

I certainly will be thinking about hunter, it is always a little scary for them to go under but I am sure Hunter is healthy and will recover quickly,please let me know how he is doing.. Carol

Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts. Hunter is recovering nicely. He is such a good patient and has left his bandages & stitches alone--so far. He is napping here in the office next to me now.
Looks like we will be having a good day here.
