I am seeing this comment all over the ZT site in one way or another "" """"Never got my sample. Can't very well try a product if the company never sends a sample. """"- and frankly, it's a disappointment to me.. Okay, so you didn't get your sample - then why wouldn't you write to ZT support and tell them that? Why WOULD you write a "review" that is worth 20 points that says you didn't get the product....The reviews are supposed to be informative and helpful are they not.... just a thought..............
