Where did my journal go?

Darn it, all the last minute activity on this site is probably causing all sorts of trouble!

I wrote a nice journal entry (just ask me) about Henry, one of my "pets" and an LHS office dog.

Henry, I worry, may be missing his old office mate, Vivian. He doesn't seem to be showing any signs of this when I see him but he's accustomed to more company than he's had over the past few days.

And then there's Vivian and whether she misses the old man too. Or maybe it's more of a question of how much she misses him.

When animals are dropped of at a shelter, they are, many times, depressed. They eventually come around and get accustomed to shelter life and the people that work with them. But what happens when they go to their forever home? Do they feel abandoned again?

Henry's doing well. He's happy, he gets a lot of walks, but maybe there's less attention over the course of the day because his friend is gone.

I think dogs are like people in their feelings. However, since their life expectancy is much shorter, their memory is probably tends to be equally as short. Yet they are individuals too and each grieves differently than another might.

I think that we attach human emotions to dogs, and I think dogs are much more easy going then people in general. My dogs miss us when we go on vacation (so i think) meanwhile, my mom pampers them, and everytime we go to her house, they wag their tails and get excited to see her. They probably don't miss us after a few days. I hope that shelter dogs don't really "miss" the shelter. I bet they sort of just get used to a new routine you knwow?

Okay, now I'm pissed at Zootoo. I just read your journal entry on Henry. Maybe it was lost in cyberspace and got recovered, but I can tell you this. If I would have written both of these entries when I would have tried to submit the second one the Zootoo police would have said "entry seems to similar." Am I the only one that got that message? I got it more then once and my immediate reaction was "no it's not."

Dam you Zootoo.

That's happened to me too so I added one more sentence to the journal and zootoo accepted it.
I am wondering if it is some sort of automatic word count that does that.

It happened to me more then once and I did something similiar. In fact the last time I added a rant about here we go again with the journal being to similiar and then it took it. I suspect that there is some kind of filter, but maybe I give them too much credit. Maybe if you do have an exact count that was in a previous journal it will flag it. At least we know how to beat it.
