I completely understand your pain. Zootoo took 12,425 points away from me in just one day! I have been a main target for flagging I think not because my reviews are invalid, but because I am young and everyone thinks I am "fudging it." You can read more into it in my journals. But it makes me so mad! I worked really hard to write all those reviews and then they are just GONE!

Don't give up! Keep working hard to keep your shelters points up! Good Luck!

I just got a message from Zoo Too about them culling reviews/pictures/videos/ect. that didn't have enough substance. I've lost some points as well. I hope they are targeting this across the board... As far as flagging goes, if you do get something flagged, Zoo Too reviews it and makes the final decision.

im so sorry. it seems that some shelters have this problem (Like ours & yours) & others dont. We've had thousands and thousands deleted from our people.. 1500 for our tskull, 4000 for our bcax, 1300 for pixies At a time.... we've had so many people loose so many points time after time but we see reviews were someone writes "i like this" & dont get deleted. I've heard some people say that they thing people single out certain shelters & flag reviews. i personally think its dumb but hold on in there - its almost over. good luck... i know many of our supporters quit because of htis problem & i've tried letting them know as im asking you - please dont give up - your an honest person & as long as you know that thats all that counts.

That is true but if you go to other shelters they have terrible reviews. FFOA was pulled down 10 levels. I have read many other shelters that just say Cute. Hate to be a poor sport so I will keep trying. I lost 15,000 points. They even took off my 2 daughters reviews I did on their business. Really??

Zootoo took off reviews that they did not think were valid reviews. I had 3000 points taken away because I did not write that I used the products
