Thursday, I sat at MedVet waiting for the Doctors to finish up with Hrothgar. He had his monthly appointment. He has cancer and now we are checking him for Cussings. I won't know anything until maybe monday. I was at MedVet from 1:15 until we left around 5:30.
We always stop somewhere and I really did not know if we should as the storm was coming and I was already going to be stuck in rush hour. We stopped at Pet People off Aviery Road. Very nice store and staff. Hrothgar won them over quickly.
We left quickly as the storm was coming. We were about 10 minutes from home and was in the middle of it. State Route 40 has 2 lanes heading east and 2 heading west. I was driving down the middle of both my lanes. Yes, it was that bad. But we got home safe. The storm was horrible. Ice, snow, cold, wind.
Friday morning, it was a winter worryland. I was worried if the shelter staff would get to the shelter okay. If my husband would get to work okay. Everybody did. So I spent the day inside working.
However, about every half hour or so, Hrothgar wanted to go outside. Not to potty, but to roll in the snow. He is our little snow angel. He loves the snow. So he has to wear a sweater so he does not get soaking wet. You will have to watch his videos.
One of them is of him "going sid" on me. He acts like he is vicious so you will do what he wants. But it is all a game. We have played that game since we adopted him in 2000.
The other video is of him rolling in the snow.
All in all, I stayed warm and in the house. I do who everybody else was safe and warm.

And I also love Pet People which has wonderful employees.
And mostly the stormy we were driving in and the fact that the next day Hrothgar had a blast in it all.
