Our list keeps growing with cats/kittens needing help yet people just don't seem to get it. We have a law in place that all cats have to be spayed/neuter by the time they are 6 months old yet when you enforse the law the people act like there is nothing wrong with their cats having a few litters. Do they NOT have eyes or ears> Can they not read? The internet is so full of information yet I think they're just on to play games. The suffering of these poor cats/kittens sometimes is so unbearable. Yet it's like they turn a blind eye. Do they live in a cave under a rock not to know how bad the overpopulation is? We can't adopt our way out of it.
