Well - here's something that I didn't know about till the other day. If you go to this website you can donate a 22 Lb bag of dry dog food to your favorite shelter for 9.99 and Pedigree will match your donation. They will even ship it for free and it goes right to the shelter.

I am probably just behind the times again and someone may have already mentioned it but I thought it could stand being repeated.

It's so easy to do and clslay has a challenge out there if your interested. They have dropped the amount down to a 20lb bag and matching 20lb but it's still WELL WORTH the money.

Thanks for putting the word out about this! Our rescue has had food donated this way, and it's so VERY appreciated! If someone feeds Pedigree anyway, this is a completely painless way to give to a rescue group, and trust me, we all need all the donations we can get!

Our rescue typically has 60-65 dogs in the program, and donations have been way down this year. This program can be such a huge help!

I also donated food this way. It takes 6 - 8 weeks for the shelter to receive it, but well worth it. I actually found out about it through Zootoo. They had a header on the company being one of their supporters and I clicked on it to find out more about it.
