Thanks to everyone who posted an answer to Chester urinating when people come over. As I was typing this, hubby said, "He doesn't urinate. He tinkles!" Something about that coming from hubby, who thinks I am too much of a pushover, was pretty funny.

Anyway, it is definitely excitement and not submission. Not that he is aggressive in the least.

He is 46 pounds at 4 months, and we sometimes forget that he is just a baby really. it makes sense about the sphincter needing to develop more. As I said, it certainly isn't the size of his bladder! He holds it all night long and doesn't even go out right away when he gets up.

Thank you, once more!

(I enjoy being here so much, I hate that I haven't had more time as of late. And then I start a new job the first week of August. I will never get here. I'll always be a Zoophyte!)

I was the same way, and as an adult, I STILL don't like using "Poop" (it was do-do) or "Pee" in front of my parents.

Congrats on the new job!

I enjoy it here too. Come when you can.

Our Karlie did that when she was a puppy too. When my husband would come home from work she would dance around and get so excited that she would pee by his feet. I think he started to get a complex about it! : )
