Betty and I returned home yesterday from our excursion to Florida. As soon as we opened the door the howling, barking, screaming began. We were a little afraid to open their kennels as they were in full "Fruit Loop" mode. We left town last Saturday and got home on Friday. We we gone for a long time in their eyes, and they were letting us know. We gathered our courage and let them loose. What a wild bunch we have. Hrothgar went straight to his mommy and bit her. Usually its me : ) Alarm started bouncing around and Differ ran back and forth between Betty and Me. Finally we got the back door open and released the devil dogs into the wilds..... After a short potty brerak we again were inundated with doggie barks, howls and now kisses.... Finally the pay off. They gave u s a complete rundown of their week (in between kisses) and told us never to go away for that long again!

We had a lot of fun on the trip but it's the coming home that is always the best part of the trip.

We were still being scolded upon awaking this morning. I love it!

Yes, I missed the babies and their "fruit looping" ways.

This was the longest we had every been away from them. I mean as in both mommy and daddy. But they had Uncle Ted who told me that they all fell asleep on the couch each night after watching lots of movies. Sounds like the kids had a little fun too.
I'm sure they had a blast with their uncle, even if they did miss you. Movie night sounds like fun! Usually Kelsie and I have one of those with her grandma and aunt Sandy. Aunt Sandy's in New York this weekend, RATS. Our 'partner in crime' is on a road trip. SHe'll be back tomorrow though. WOOHOO!

I'm sure WOOHOO, is exactly what your furkids are saying since you're home.LOL

Yes technology is grand! After the confusion faded, I thought 'well maybe there's a method to his madness, maybe this is a unique experiment to see if people would respond to a one-word journal!' lol My mistake! ^_^ How funny!

I bet you and Betty did get a full run down and scolding! I'm sure all the stories they had to tell were quite interesting. Ain't furkids Grand!
