Squeak came to live with us on March 28th. He is a rescue dog, between 6 to 9 mos. old according to our Vet. He is a lovable little guy who just wants to play or lay next to me. He was apparently abused before he moved in with us, because whenever you go to pick him up, he crouches down like he is afraid. Additionally, the first time he did something bad, and I said "bad boy" and went to pick him up he screamed as if I was going to beat him. It absolutely broke my heart to think that someone could hurt an animal like that. He has learned that he isn't going to get any beatings in this house, and that there is always going to be plenty of food - so he doesn't have to eat everything in sight! My two older dogs, Taboo and Jordan, are slowly learning to adjust to the new kid in the house. All-in-all, I think he is a good fit.
