I am happy to report that several of our dogs have been accepted into the Leader Dogs for the Blind Program. How exciting! Shelter dogs are great dogs, as this program has proven. They make wonderful companion animals and usually do not have the health issues that many purebred dogs have. When you or someone you know is ready to accept an animal into their lives, please consider a shelter animal!
