I had had another dog named Lady. She lived to be over 16 years old, she was wonderful friend. When I found out from a friend that there was another dog named Lady who he felt was being abused by her caretaker. I intervened and took Lady home. Someone had tied a wire or rope around her hind quarters and it was inbeded in her fur. She was thin for a Husky and very timid. I took her to the Vet right away and had her treated for her wounds and got her updated on shots. Her coat was all tangeled and dirty and I cleaned her up. Today she is a wonderful dog and no longer shy. I get a big kiss from my Lady whenever I get home. She is a sweetheart. If you can rescue a dog or help one please do you will get awarded for your deed with unforgiving love.
