I violated the rules????

I have been told by Zootoo that I violated the rules by commenting on petstores that I did not feel had the best interest of the rabbits they are serving. I apologize for this if this was somehow wrong.
However, I noticed that they took away thousands of points from me. I do not understand how they could do this. I did not make that many comments about it, nor receive that many points for it. How did they arrive at taking all of these points away from me, and more importantly, the shelter I represent!
I am very upset right now, and not sure what to do. I do not want this shelter to suffer from this. It is the most amazing place, with such dedicated people. They need the help so incredibly bad. I have written to Zootoo to get some clarification as to what is going on. I hope I get some answers soon. I am very scared for the rabbits I was trying to help......
