I just set Zootoo.com as one of my home pages, but now I'm wondering why I bothered. My points have risen very slowly these past few months because I've been spending my time on Zootoo reading journals (even if I don't comment on them) instead of doing what you're supposed to do to earn points. I'll log on several times a day to see what's going on with my friends.

Lately it's been so disappointing to read journal after journal about the unhappiness that people are feeling as a result of pettiness and backstabbing. I have not been a victim of any of these attacks to date, and I'm not complaining about that, but why do they need to take place at all?

My life is way too busy at this point to deal with all of this, so I'm just going to lay low for a while. I tried doing that before, but I missed reading about my friends' pets and lives and my resolve quickly weakened.

Unfortunately I know that when I return that some of you will have decided to leave. I wish you well.

For now I've just got to take care of my family, pets and myself.
