Introducing Linus, Luci & Princess Anya

My friend, Debby recommended this site to assist in a show of support to our new local no kill humane society(Marion Regional Humane Society). I LOVE THIS SITE! I have learned more on this site in one week than I've learned in YEARS!!! What a wonderful network of people.
My husband and I are the proud companions of two miniature schnauzers, Linus the Brave and Luci May or May Not; as well as a beautiful kitty, Princess Anya (named after Audrey Hepburn's character in Roman Holiday).
We've had Anya around for four years and we decided almost two years ago to add the two mini schnauzers to our family. I sent out new puppy announcements saying, "Our family just got a LOT furrier!"
When I brought Linus and Luci home (age 8 weeks), Anya had just been spayed. BUT! She produced milk for the pups!!! Honestly! They did not take her up on the offer, but she thought she was their mother when I brought them home. She is helping me educate these dogs. She has caught birds and a squirrel and brought the animals to our back door and she was begging me to let the dogs out to finish the kill, etc. Crazy cat! SO funny!
We are a VERY happy little family.
