I MET MY FIRST ZOOTOO FRIEND!

Being with Zootoo a short while I have met several nice people on-line here. I have never had the pleasure of meeting anyone in person. Last week I had a message from a new zootooer and when I read it I was excited to see she lived about 35 miles from me. She works in the same field my family is in. It appeared we have a lot in common. We exchanged telephone numbers and spoke to one another on the phone. I told her I did volunteer work with CCI and immediately this great lady wanted to be a volunteer as well! Her job is very demanding but she so generously offered to give what little free time she has to help. We had a fundraiser near her work place Sunday. (yesterday).I let her know we would be there. In hopes of just meeting her. Never expecting her to work. After her being up literally ALL NIGHT, long she came. She helped us pack up,take down a tent and various other chores. She still had to report back to work. She was able to meet some of our service dogs and my Bonnie Rose. She is truly a WONDERFUL lady. We hope to have some playdates with our dogs at a local dog park nearby. We both hope to have our dogs pass the Therapy exam. We can then take our dogs to the local hospitals,nursing homes and hospices to share the love our pets have with others. She has 2 rescued beautiful (handsome) dogs and a beautiful cat. She does absolutely incredible photography and is going to help us at our Big fundraiser of the year by using her talents in photography.I was so honoured to meet Rebecca. So many of us have built friendships on line through zootoo but yet have never met our friends. I was lucky enough to meet my new friend! When we say we are all here for our love of animals it proves true in this case for sure. Rebecca is a true animal lover. It was so wonderful to meet someone with so much in common.A lady that is just as nice in person as she appears to be on Zootoo.She and I both look forward to many years of laughter,fun and many years friendship. I am just so honoured to meet such a wonderful person. All due to being on Zootoo! I had to share this with you all as one never knows how close by someone is. What a small world. It gives us all something to look forward to. Rebecca I am truly honoured to call you my friend. Thank you Zootoo as if not for you I would not have met Rebecca.
