So I lost my first Pet War today...no worries, I'm ready for another challenge. I know I don't look like the typical American "designer" dog but I was born and spent 2-3 years on the streets in East St. Louis and was terrified of people. Until my rescue, I had heartworms, TVT, and who knows what- I was on my way to rainbow bridge.. all I know is I woke up one day in the SR shelter where I learned over maybe a years time to allow people to love me. Mom said she fell in luv w/me the 1st time she saw me even though I howled & barked at her the whole time she was there!My first cage-mate was Regan who my mom adopted first since I wasn't ready at that time to be adopted. But about 6 months or so later, mom came for me and brought me HOME...I'll never forget my 1st day- mom had a big bbq and it was a whirlwind of excitement! I got to see Regan again and over time, learned about the world of cuddling and how to communicate with my new family.
Anyway,I'm ready to challenge all you cuties out there to another Pet War. I've gone from Cheese Whiz to an organic, all natural diet. My bones are the best, I'm well groomed, and I'm basically your everyday, extraordinary organic mutt. So, if you see me in another Pet War, Vote for Me! I never won a contest before, but I have won a GREAT life! .. and THAT alone is what makes me cute. So, lets keep our paws crossed .. many woofs for now!
