I adopted Autumn on November 7, 1997 to be a friend to Phoenix, my other greyhound. Little did I know that they would become soulmates.
Autumn was not cat friendly when I brough her home, so she stayed behind the babygate and Oslo stayed on the other side. It took a whole year for Autumn to get used to Oslo.
Autumn and Phoenix became fast friends and loved to run in the back yard and chase squirrels. Autumn unfortunately caught and killed 4 squirrels.
Autumn developed Osteosarcoma and passed away on the 2nd anniversary of Phoenix's death, August 22, 2007. I think Phoenix felt it was time for Autumn to join him at the Rainbow Bridge. They are now together again running and chasing squirrels, but not catching any!
