A couple in Baton Rouge have 95 cats. Only 4 are black and white, the other 91 are solid black. Three of the moms have litters--all black. I went to the house to see what the situation was and they keep it as clean as they possibly can with this many cats. A neighbor called animal control after several broke through the dryer vent and animal control threatened to euthanize them all. These people love the cats and they are all friendly. None of the 95 are fixed. Animal Control is going to euthanize them all if they receive another complaint. Even though this couple is responsible for this problem they are desperate to find a place for some so they all wont be put down. Spay Baton Rouge has offered to fix the cats that do not go to animal control. They can be acclimated to live outside if necessary.
