Less than 4 hours left and counting, looks like HSOV has a spot sewn up! I feel sorry for the shelters at #21 and #22, there is a very tight grouping there and I imagine they are all online duking it out right now.
We all pray for the highest prize, but no matter what happens we are all winners, as is the shelter. I, too, hope that the relationships forged in this process continue after this competition ends, and that it means better days ahead for the shelter. Maybe some day we can reach Cheryl's goal of erecting a new shelter on the site with all the improvements that years of study have mandated. At a minimum, maybe we can get our own version of a makeover going with local support, volunteers, and donations.
