PetGive looking for new Charities!

PetGive.com
PetGive.com is in search of new charities in need of donations!

Let’s say you had 500 of your members making only three purchases of $75.00 each month that would bring in about $3,374.00 that month… and $40,488.00 for the year! That’s just the beginning because people shop online now almost every day and the donations will just continue to add up. There are a lot of opportunities you can take advantage of to increase the donations given to your charity.

Here is a little more about how PetGive works. PetGive.com lets you do your regular online shopping and lets you help animals in need at the same time by generating contributions to the animal charity of your choice. Buying that new pair of jeans may help you look great, but now you can feel great also. PetGive allows you to have proceeds from your regular online shopping be donated directly to pet related charities of your choice, including major national charities and small local groups. Your supporters just sign up for a free membership, select the charity of their choice and then shop via our links to 1000+ participating merchants to start earning contributions. Retail participants include great sites you use all the time like Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Toys R Us, eBay, and hundreds more in nearly every category, like tech products, home goods, travel (including airlines) and clothing, they are all there.

After they make a purchase, the merchant reports back to PetGive and we send your contributions directly to your charity. Checks go out once per month and have a $5.00 minimum. Your donors can always check their contribution balance at the PetGive website, www.PetGive.com Although most contributions are credited within 14 days of their order shipping, keep in mind that it can take longer, depending on when the merchant reports their purchase to PetGive.

As we both know, non-profits animal shelters need as many donations as they can get from as many sources possible. If the merchant states 3.5%, that is the percentage of their purchase that goes directly to the charity of their choice. So, yes, you can let your donors know that entire percentage (ex: 3.5%) will go to you. The average is about 3% but depending on the merchant is can be as high as 17.5% (ex: Kayak.com), we also have places like Direct Tv that donates $38.50 and RoadLoans.com that does $52.50 towards the charities. So it really depends on who they are shopping with.

Dear Gabriella,

This sounds great. How does the DirecTV thing work? I use their service. If I'm an existing subscriber, can I somehow earn money for Bobbi and the Strays? I don't order any pay-per-view moview. It would just be the usual monthly subscriber fee.

Thanks!

Susan
