Growing a small fundraiser

It is finally starting to look like spring. The tiny touches of green have made me think of money and some ways to get it. This is one of them.
Anyone who has a successful garden has been faced with the problem of what to do with the extra stuff when your family gets sick of it. Why not add a farmers market section to your next bake/yard/whatever sale?
Save the card board flats that canned food comes in and use them as displays (or instead of bags.)
You get to show off your green thumb. People get a non-sugar goodie selection. The group get to make a little more money.
